Come for walkies out in the streets of London

Starts Sunday 13th of March 2016 - 11:00 AM

Come join us in the streets of London for a walk around the center of the city. A chance to Pup Out in public, pose for photos at famous landmarks, and have a run around in the park.

https://www.plotaroute.com/route/178170

For the first walk we'll be starting at the St Ermins hotel, to Parliament square, then up Whitehall to Trafalgar Square, down to Embankment station, and along the Embankment back to Parliament, then finishing at Victoria Tower Gardens. Once there we'll have lots of toys for pups to plat with, and will be arranging for a picnic to!

The route is just over 2.3 miles long and will be good practice for anyone who wants to turn up to pride. Although no one will be expected to walk on all fours at all!

Rules

Introduce yourself to me (Kye) when you arrive. I am legally liable for everyone in the group, so I need to know who you are and if you have any medical conditions.

Bring water and any medication you might need.

Be polite to people, no barking to loudly or swearing.

Make sure you have a handler, we'd like to have no more then 2 pups to a handler so that all pups can be looked after properly. If you need helping finding one just ask or post on the forum, there will be spares!

Changing Facilities

We have a room at St Ermin's hotel for people to get changed in and leave bags, courtesy of Firecracker Films.

We'll be there from about 10am, and will put the room number on our twitter once we have it. You'll be to turn up and get changed from then onwards, but everyone needs to be ready to leave the room by 11am.

The room will be locked and I will have the ONLY key, you won't be able to drop out of the march and go back into the room as it needs to remain locked to protect everyone's belongings.

Once everyone has eaten and finished at the park we'll head back as a group, probably at about 3pm. We'll need to be out of the hotel before 5pm.

Dress Code

Fetish gear is not mandatory! You can come in everyday wear if you wish.

Pups are encouraged to wear kneepads and gloves. This is for their own safety.

Spiked hoods/collars/clothing are banned.

We are going to be onside with the public so please keep yourself modest. No Jockstraps, backless clothing, etc.

Instertable tails are not advised. There won't be anywhere along the route to be able to stop and remove them if needed, and some members of the public might get curious and tug on them. Clip on and show tails would be more practical for this event.

Photography

Photography is allowed, and we encourage people to take photos. Please remember that the public will be taking pictures throughout the walk. If you do take photos please upload them here!

We will have a professional photographer taking pictures during the walk as well who'll be taking photos to upload onto the website. These photos WILL be used to promote future events and the website. They WILL NOT be used for commercial purposes.

Firecracker films WILL be attending and filming the walk. If you don't want to appear in the TV documentary please let me know before the day. No one will be required to talk to them or be interviewed!

Also make sure to follow our twitter incase of changes. If it looks like it's going to rain heavily or snow the event will be cancelled.
