Does 100% active mean you're a Dom? 50/50 mean you're a switch, and 100% passive mean you're a sub?

I put dominance at 70% passive, cos yeah I'm a sub (100% passive?) but the term passive doesn't seem right, cos I'm ideally very hands on cos I'm a top at heart, and do get a bit primal (I'm not much of a brat, i just get carried away at times). Anyway, what's it all about? Someone please explain it to me. Thank yooou.
